Quality Control & Return Policy

We follows strict internal guidelines to examine our products before delivery.


However, if you do find any flaw on the products, you can contact us in 3-5 working days after you get the goods, you can have it changed.

Make sure return it in original package and make sure it's unused, with tags on as well.

Shipping

We mainly use EMS, DHL, and UPS for global shipping. We consider EMS as the best way for sensitive goods.

Now we do not do free shipping, because our selling price online is only the price for the goods, it do not include the shipping fee. We will send you the invoice with the shipping fee after you place he order.

Under normal circumstances, we'll send out your package in 48 hours after confirm your payment. An email including the tracking number will be sent to you in next 12 hours; together with a website through which you check the package's status timely.

 

The total delivery to United State, Australia, Singapore, United Kingdom, Canada usually need 4-7 days. To other countries would need 7-10 days.

 

The following facts may delay the delivery:
1.  Your order is large in quantity, so we will take more time to prepare your products. If the order is too large to deliver in one time, we just need to divide them and send them out in several times.
2.  Special days: Orders will be delayed shipped out as some special days, such as weekends, holidays and other special days. Because our clients will be off, we need extra days to arrange the order.
3.  Climate or other reasons: Sometimes because of the climate or other reasons, the delivery may need more days.
